I know this sounds insane but last week one of my must do's was to think about how we wanted to decorate the outdoor of the house. Because this is something we really haven't done in years, I knew I would need to order some things and I didn't want to be stuck over paying or not having what I wanted so we needed to do this early. We are going to go with simple and classic, but some fun elements to make the girls excited about our first Christmas in this home. Here is what I have found!
Pre-lit wreaths ( I got these for all of our windows and I am going to hang with ribbon like this photo)
Bow Wreath
Pre-Lit Garland (I will be using two of these for our front door)
Ordered two of each size in these lanterns, with these candles
These Pre-Lit Trees for our front door, thinking I may get a couple more for by the garage. Love these too.
We had some candles for our windows but not enough for this house so I ordered two sets of these, and I actually prefer battery operated for some of our windows.
These light up rattan deer are beautiful, the girls would love them,
or any of these blow up ones!
Love these light up candy canes for a walk way or down our driveway, just need to see if we can put a cord out there!
These would be so cute on kitchen cabinets or even the inside of the windows of an apartment.
I think we are going to hang these in our kitchen or maybe the entry to display all of our Christmas cards this year!
As for lighting we will probably just do some nets like these on our bushes and then hopefully next year hang light on the actual house!
Ahhh can you tell how excited I am to be back in our own home and be able to do this for not just us but for my girls. I am grateful for this time in our life where things are finally falling into place.
