Hey hey, happy Tuesday my friends!
You all know how obsessed with my essential oils in my diffuser, in bath and body products too. But I have been wanting to share these recipes for so long, mainly because I use these these ALL the time. I especially love the linen spray that sits on our washer machine so I can spray sheets and towels before putting them in the dryer. We also use the room spray right on the rugs before vacuuming, gives the rooms the perfect refresh.
I do love the Thieves Cleaning products, which I talk abouthere and I add these to my routine to eliminate candles, or toxic air freshener products. They may seem like small changes to make but honestly they are a huge change to your air quality. Here are three of our favorite DIY sprays.
Sleepy Time Linen Spray
Ingredients & Supplies:
6 oz WITCH HAZEL (could also use Vodka or Rubbing Alcohol i)
6 oz Distilled Water
15 drops of Sweet Orange (Orange is not just invigorating, it can help give good rest too! Orange oil is said to reduce stress hormones, uplift the mood, and calm the body)
15 drops of Bergamot (This rest-promoting oil is said to impart cheery effects as well as calming the mind/body and lowering anxiety)
10 drops of Cedarwood (This oil is often used for its soothing and calming effects on the mind, and is said to relieve tension and anxiety)
10 drops of Citrus Fresh (This oil is uplifting and refreshing, absolutely love this added to my relaxing floral blend)
Pour all into a 16 ounce Amber Glass Spray Bottle, mix well before each spray. Lasts me about a month.

Refresh The Room Spray
Ingredients & Supplies:
6 oz WITCH HAZEL (could also use Vodka or Rubbing Alcohol i)
6 oz Distilled Water
10-15 drops of Peppermint
10-15 drops of Eucalyptus
10 drops of Lemon
10 drops of Lime
10 drops of Frankincense
Pour all into a 16 ounce Amber Glass Spray Bottle, mix well before each spray, I spray this on curtains, rugs, on our throw pillows and through out the entire apartment Just get's out all this winter air smell. Lasts me about a month.
I sometimes add 15 drops of Thieves when we are sick or getting over a cold in our house (which seems to be like the entire winter!)
Bathroom Cleaner Spray
Ingredients & Supplies:
7 oz Thieves Concentrate Cleaner
7 oz Vinegar
7 drops of Tea Tree Oil
7 drops of Eucalyptus
7 drops of Lemon
7 drops of Lavender
7 drops of Bergamot
Pour all into a 16 ounce Amber Glass Spray Bottle, mix well before each spray, I spray generously all over shower, tub, sink, toilet and floor. Let it sit and then use a microfiber towel soaked in hot water to clean away.
And there you have it three of our favorite sprays that we use on the regular (on top of the the thieves all purpose cleaner I make by diluting the concentrate.
