It's Thursday!!! Which means (in Zoe's words) it's allllmmooossttt the weekend.
We got some news about the pregnancy last week that has had me off my feet as much as possible this week, which all of you mama's with toddler's know is almost impossible. I do have to say, my girl Z has been a trooper. For now we'll just flash back about the days when I actually got dressed... HA!
Best part about the early stages of pregnancy being in the summer months, has to be the dresses. Dresses that make it easy to hide the bump and bare the heat. This (non-maternity) Suno striped dress has been a favorite all summer long, I sized up and it still fits so well. I legit wore it so much that I just put it away till next year. The fabric held through (and hid any sweat) during a hot visit to the Zoo in NJ and washed super well. My only complaint is it can wrinkle a tad too much but it hid that pretty well too.

And can we talk about this bag? Gosh I love it. The color, a neutral greyish nude, a crossbody (which is a must at this stage of mommyhood), the hardware is neither too gold or too silver and to top it off the size is perfect. Which means it held a snack, water bottle, wipes, tums, sanitizer and a small wallet and wasn't overly stuffed or too heavy. The perfect size and design made it easy to be worn every day for over a month straight.
Perhaps the time to switch it out is overdue but it's just too good. It's my first Zac Pose bag and I was pleasantly surprised at the quality and gorgeous design. Can't wait to show you my recent purchase in the bag department, it has me giving all the heart eyes. I guess bags and any type of flats are my big splurges while preggo, since who knows what size i'll be next week or next year for that matter!
Off I go to finish up my recipe for this weekend! Sampling these scallion pancakes the last few weeks has been sooo hard (wink wink) but we definitely have our final recipe here and thrilled to share.
