I am thankful for each and every moment in this last year. Every single incredible/hard/frustrating/rewarding moment.
I am so blessed to have an amazing circle of family and friends (new and old) that have been on this journey of mama-hood with me and for that I am beyond thankful.
I am thankful for my partner, my love, my baby daddy. Your love for Zoe and I, is evident in everything you do. We are so lucky to have our little family (you too Aiden!!).
And my sweet girl. Goodness little lady you are my biggest blessing. I am thankful for every smile, for the way you make me read you the same book over and over, for your hugs and how you call for me in the morning. Most of all I am thankful for the privilege of being your mama.
