Happy weekends friends!

We are enjoying a cold rainy day here on the sofa (yay for pull-out sofas!). I had meant to share this post during the week but gosh it was a crazy one.

Having allergy or a child with an allergy during any holiday or activity can be pretty nerve wracking. And very isolating for a kiddo too. So I thought I'd share a little round-up of allergy friendly treats for Halloween. All available on Prime too! Some of these are also great for birthday grab bags too.

Halloween Costumes For Littles

The sugar high event of the year is a week away, so I've searched and searched and have found some cute costumes (like the two above!).


Snow White (surprisingly the quality is pretty great, but the cape is pretty flimsy)

Baby Lion Costume (both girls wore this for their first Halloween!!)

What are your kids going as? Have they changed their minds a ton? Zoe was dead set on Sleeping Beauty from day 1 and Ami just wanted "yeyoww". We decided on Snow White because I knew she'd want a "desks" if her sister had one on!

I can't wait! Halloween is suppose to be incredible in TriBeCa and the fact that our building is huge and has so many kids is AMAZING. I plan on having pizza, and some cocktails for some of the parents as a pit stop and I think it will be so much fun for the girls. Now lets see if my Zoe girl can earn the stars on her behavior chart!!

Kids Podcasts We Are Loving Right Now

We made it to the middle of the week!! Our first week of feeling like fall here in NYC and I thought I was ready but you guys so much to prepare. This weekend we will be sharing all of our cold weather accessories we have added as city living in cold weather will be different for us.

I have been obsessed with podcasts lately. It all started about a year ago with audible and this summer I stumbled across some amazing free podcasts that they girls love! I especially love playing the meditation ones to unwind after baths. Stories during dinner or in the car also really great way to avoid screen time during these winter months!

And since I get so many questions on what we listen to I thought I would start here and I'll update this list as we go on!
